Jim Downs has been investing in property for over thirty years. In 1995 he formed The REIN Group helping thousands of ordinary Australians to build wealth for their retirement.

Jim has held management positions at LJ Hooker, Raine and Horne, Elders Real Estate and P.R.D. During this time, he has developed a successful method of investing in property that all of The REIN Group clients can now benefit from.

Jim is passionate about teaching people how to invest. He runs The REIN Group's seminars and briefings, holds one-on-one consultations and with over 20 years comprehensive experience within the real estate investors industry, he is now well known as one of Australia's most respected property commentators and advisers.

Jim's book - "Appreciating Assets - An Australian guide to creating wealth and keeping it", a 'must read' for every investor outlines an invaluable approach to creating and keeping wealth.
